FEES + PAYMENTS

 

Payment is required at each session. You may pay by cash, HSA and credit cards. I use Ivy Pay to process cards, as it is a secure and encrypted way to pay for therapy. 

 

INSURANCE

As a client, it is your responsibility to know what your insurance benefits may be - regardless if you are in or out of network. I can usually bill as an out-of-network provider if I don't accept your insurance. I will provide you with a bill at the end of each month with you can present to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We ask that if you need to cancel your session that you do it within 24 hours of your schedule appointment time. If a session is not canceled within the 24 hours prior, a late fee will apply.
