• 50-minute session-$85
Sliding-Scale Fees:
I am happy to discuss sliding scale fee options with you if finances are a concern. I believe therapy should be available and affordable to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
Insurance:
I am currently on the following insurance panels:
• MHN/Health Net
• ODS
• PacificSource
• Reliant Behavoral Healthcare
Payment:
• I accept cash and checks.
• I can usually bill as an out-of-network provider if I don't accept your insurance. I will provide you with a bill at the end of each month which you can present to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment by telephone or the full session fee will be charged.
